The 26 partners of the European H2020 Fissac project meet in Madrid to share progress on the project.
The second assembly of the FISSAC project (Fostering industrial symbiosis for a sustainable resource intensive industry across the extended construction value chain) was held on May 18 and 19 at ACCIONA’s headquarters in Madrid.
The 26 partners from the 9 countries that are part of the project presented the latest developments in the research being carried out within the framework of the FISSAC project. The overall objective of the project is to develop an innovative industrial symbiosis model towards a zero-waste approach in the construction value chain. The meeting served to learn about new materials and the new FISSAC platform, as well as to deepen the discussion of the industrial symbiosis implementation methodology.
