XEC Rubí – Business Network for Innovation, Circular Economy, and Digital Collaboration
XEC Rubí is a business network driven to foster collaboration between companies in the industrial parks of Rubí, promoting circular economy and digital practices. Through a co-creative process, the services and governance model of a network that promotes innovation, efficiency in the use of resources, and sustainable growth of the local business community have been defined.

Project description
The XEC Rubí (Rubí Circular Economy Network) is an initiative driven to foster collaboration between companies in the territory through the creation of a business cooperation platform focused on sustainability, innovation, and efficiency in the use of resources.
The project has been developed through a co-creative process, in which the participating companies have played an active role in defining the network, its objectives, and its operation. This approach has made it possible to create a network adapted to the real needs of the local business community, capable of responding to current challenges in the field of circular economy and digital.
XEC Rubí has a meeting space for holding meetings and workshops, where companies can share challenges, identify collaboration opportunities, and generate joint projects. In addition, the services to be offered by the network, as well as the governance model and the interactions between members, have been defined with the support of the Rubí City Council.
The network starts with 19 founding companies and organizations and remains open to the incorporation of new members interested in joining this business community.

To highlight
- The commitment of the Rubí City Council and the work of the municipal technicians have been key to achieving the objectives of the project, laying the foundations for a closer public-private collaboration in the municipality.
- The official presentation of XEC Rubí was held in an institutional event, with the participation of the mayoress of Rubí and the councilor of the area.
- The existence of a common space to share challenges has favored the spontaneous generation of collaborative project ideas, which began to emerge during the first face-to-face workshops.
