Objective
Baix Llobregat is one of the most important industrial areas in Catalonia, located south of Barcelona, in the area of the final stretch of the Llobregat River and its mouth. In this context, the municipalities of the territory are promoting Ecoindústria, a public project that invites local companies to begin their transformation towards a circular economy and industrial symbiosis.
The project offers awareness, training, individualized technical advisory services, and support for financing, with a special focus on improving efficiency in the use of resources and the actual implementation of the opportunities detected. It stands out for its close and personalized support to the participating companies, facilitating the practical application of the improvement proposals derived from the diagnoses carried out.
