Project description
This project focused on the dissemination and promotion of energy communities in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB). An information and awareness process was implemented, aimed at citizens and companies, with the objective of promoting the creation of collective self-consumption projects.
The consultancy sought to inform about the benefits of energy communities and encourage their adoption in the AMB’s business sector, thus contributing to the energy transition and decarbonization of the area. The importance of citizen and business participation in this process is highlighted.
