Objective

The Development Agency of Navarra (SODENA) is the instrument of the Government of Navarra for attracting and developing value-added business projects in the community. Its activity focuses on financial support for business initiatives, both of local origin and attracted from abroad, through equity participation and participating loans.

In this context, the project consisted of the design of the “Circular Biomass in Navarra” program, an initiative aimed at structuring and launching a strategic mission focused on the valorization of biomass in the Navarrese territory.

The work carried out made it possible to identify the key agents that should be involved, as well as define the activities, methodology, and work approach necessary for its correct execution. All of this was integrated into an action calendar planned for 2025, with the aim of maximizing the impact of the mission at the territorial and sectorial level.

The design of the program is supported by the tasks of diagnosis, identification of challenges, and mapping of agents previously developed by the Biomass Office throughout 2024. SODENA’s role is key to promoting and implementing the proposed actions, allowing the results obtained to be scaled and their impact amplified throughout the Navarrese territory.
