On May 19 and 20, during full lockdown, “INCUBIS: energy symbiosis incubator” was launched, featuring five energy synergy INCUBATORS in different European regions to valorize residual heat/cold in industrial parks and districts: Barcelona (Spain), Dunkirk (France), Agder (Norway), Humber (United Kingdom), Brunsbuttel (Germany).
SÍMBIOSY coordinates the Spanish INCUBATOR, based in Barcelona, to provide business incubation support and services to a number of heat and cooling network entities and projects in the region.
The INCUBATORS are physical and virtual spaces that provide management/analysis tools, expert advice, and training necessary to accelerate and reduce the risk of investments required by this type of project.
