The FISSAC Living Lab Barcelona are a series of multidisciplinary workshops; open debate spaces that are part of the European project FISSAC, whose objective is to promote the creation of industrial symbiosis networks between interested agents in the construction and demolition value chain.
On May 15, 2019, as a side-event of “Beyond Building Construmat” at Fira BCN, the third FISSAC LIVING LAB was held in Barcelona, this time focusing on the digital tools that promote synergies in the construction sector.
Escrapalia, Matmap, ResiduoRecurso and Síner were the platforms presented as solutions currently available on the market, on which the debate was channeled: What functionalities should these types of digital tools include to be useful? Who are they aimed at? By whom and how are they managed? How do they differ from each other?
