EL BERGUEDÀ LEARNS ABOUT THE ENERGY TRANSITION

October 31, 2017

Simbiosy

In recent months, two more Jam Sessions have been held in Berguedà. At the first one, on October 31, the energy field was explored in depth, and certain potential synergies were detected in the field of energy production with renewable sources, mainly from organic resources (forest biomass and organic waste).

The opportunities detected in the first two sessions led to the third morning session on Circular Economy on November 24. It was entitled “Energy transition through a project of methanization of organic matter for obtaining biogas”. This session included Anna Lluís, from Símbiosy, and Yann Patrick Mercier, an expert in methanization projects applied in the agricultural and industrial world in France.
