The seventh edition of the Smart City Expo World Congress took place on November 14, 15 and 16 at the Fira de Barcelona, the international trade fair for smart city services, with more than 18,000 visitors.
Verónica Kuchinow, from Símbiosy, participated in the session “Building efficient circular urban systems” together with Luca Volpi, Francisco Cuenca, Ignacio Gastón and Mario Serrano. They discussed the resource and environmental pressures caused by urban expansion and how a network of various organizations can foster eco-innovation and long-term cultural change to close the loop and build effective circular urban systems.
