The Bages County Council organized the 4th meeting of Business Associations of industrial estates of Bages on November 23rd at the Manresa Trade Fair Palace.
It was carried out due to the interest of companies in getting started in the circular economy, learning about the possibilities of the project, and knowing how to use the circular economy and industrial symbiosis as strategic tools for the competitiveness of companies and the sustainability of the territory.
Anna Lluis, co-founder of Símbiosy and technician of the Bufalvent Synergies Office, highlighted the application of industrial symbiosis, explaining the reduction of costs and the increase in benefits that it entails.
There was also a debate on the benefits of the circular economy for companies, how to better use waste and surplus resources, and how new synergies can be found in the territory.
